Ranger Data Technologies Certified Trainers

 

The Ranger Data Technologies Certified Trainer program is designed to provide full training on Ranger Data Technologies products from certified industry trainers. Each trainer goes through a rigorous training process to ensure full understanding of the Outbound Ranger software package. Ranger Data Technologies provides continued support to our Certified Trainers, keeping them notified about product updates and new additions.

Meet The Trainers

Janet DeGeorge

Janet DeGeorge

 

Janet DeGeorge is President of Classified Executive Training & Consulting since 2001. She specializes in custom Classified Advertising Sales strategies for your newspaper and websites, aggressive sales training of inside and outside sales reps, training of new classified managers, and the redesigning of print products and rates to uncover new revenue sources.

 

Janet DeGeorge first started her newspaper career at the San Jose Mercury News over twenty years ago. She graduated from San Jose State with a degree in Advertising and has completed all course work towards a Masters of Science in Mass Communication.

She spent 13 years at the Mercury News, much of it as a manager of their inside sales team. After leaving Mercury, Janet relocated to Southern California as Recruitment Advertising Manager before moving to Arizona where she was the Classified Advertising Director of the Scottsdale & Mesa Tribune for seven years.

She is a former Vice President of the Western Classified Advertising Association, a key speaker at both local, regional and national advertising conferences, and has had numerous articles published for NAA and INMA publications as well as a monthly column in MacDonald Classifieds.

Bob Davis

Bob Davis is an expert in training and coaching for customer retention and sales in customer contact centers. His long track record of successes with Robert C. Davis and Associates and with a national training and consulting organization spans more than 25 years.

 

Bob has the experience and ability to improve the performance of retention, sales and customer service teams dramatically. The results his programs have generated for client companies have earned him the credibility required to inspire, manage and sustain change within the total team—from telephone representatives and supervisors to senior management.

 

Bob’s clients have included USA TODAY, America Online (AOL), Cox Communications, Morris Communications, Landmark Communications and Morgan Stanley to name just a few. The projects are complex, involving consultation and delivery across multiple locations simultaneously. Bob’s experience and attention-to-detail skills ensure that all aspects of every project run smoothly and with the precise level of communication and reporting that client companies require.
